61st Meeting of the Council of the Heads of Statistical Services of CIS member states was held

The next 61st meeting the Council of the Heads of Statistical Services of CIS member states was held in a video conference format on December 18.

Chairman of the CIS Interstate Statistical Committee, Vladimir Sokolin and heads of statistical bodies of member states participated in the video conference chaired by the chairman of the National Statistical Committee of Belarus Inna Medvedova. Chairman of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Tahir Budagov represented our country at the event.

A number of aspects of the activities of the statistical services of the CIS countries in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and other issues were discussed and adopted relevant decisions at the meeting of the Council.
