On 11-12 November 2019 representatives of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan participated in the training organized at the National Statistical Institute of Bulgaria within ongoing Project “EU Support to the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan to reach European standards”.

Purpose of the training was to study experience of Bulgaria in the field of human resources management.

During training the detailed information was given about human resources management in the National Statistical Institute of Bulgaria, strategy and implementation, staff appraisal procedure, overview of statistics training strategy, statistical training system, procedure of statistical trainings needs assessment at the state authorities, position and role of HR related structural unit in the organizational structure, career development and training administrative tools, procedure of staff assessment and training system.
