International Workshop on Human Resources Management and Training in Geneva

Representatives of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan Arif Huseynov – Head of Human Resources Department and Sabina Ahmadova – Head Adviser – Lawyer participated in the international workshop on Human Resources Management and Training organized by the decision of the Bureau of the Conference of European Statisticians, EFTA and UNECE on 15-17 October, 2014 in Geneva.
The main purpose of the workshop was human resources management, development of it and exchange of experience in training sphere.
Representatives from statistical services of 35 countries (Australia, Albania, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Belarus, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Macedonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine and others) participated in the workshop on Human Resources Management and Training. The workshop was in 5 session format.
Following topics were discussed during the workshop: Change management; Training and learning; Job competences for the future; Moderning HRMT; Measurement of the outcome of HRMT activities and so.on.
