Seminar on calculation of labour market indicators in accordance with international standards and their analysis

According to the working plan on 2013 of Labour Statistics Department of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan organized seminar for users on “Calculation of labour market indicators in accordance with international standards and their analysis” on 17 May, 2013 in the at 11.00 in the administrative building of the State Statistical Committee. Official letter regarding to participation in the seminar was sent in advance to corresponding organizations, as well as, representatives of international organizations. Announcement was placed in the webpage of the State Statistical Committee in order to inform other users of official statistical data.
Deputy Head of Labour Statistics Department - Nemat Khuduzade gave detailed information to the users of official statistical data on following themes: calculation of labour market indicators in accordance with international standards and their analysis; situation of labour market in the country in the last 10 years; increasing of salary/wage compared to previous periods; constantly growth of economical active and employed population; decrease of unemployment; results of 2012; situation of labour market in the country during the I quarter of 2013. After statements it was carried out the discussions and the questions of participants were answered. Also, Participants of seminar were provided with the materials on main indicators of Labour market during 2003-2012.
