Chairman of State Statistical Committee Arif Valiyev received the Head of the IMF mission on Azerbaijan

Chairman of State Statistical Committee Arif Valiyev received the new Head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission on Azerbaijan – Raja Al Marzugi and his delegation on 14 November, 2012. Followings were discussed during the visit: growth rate in non-oil sector of Azerbaijan, it special weight of in GDP, development dynamics, as well as, inflation level and structure of SNA, expected changes in its structure and cooperation between IMF and Azerbaijan on solution of encountered problems. Chairman of State Statistical Committee Mr. A. Valiyev has noted his gratitude regarding to cooperation with IMF and pointed out that this visit would play an important role in more development of the cooperation. In his speech Head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission on Azerbaijan Mr. Raja Al Marzugi has noted his expect on rapid development of cooperation between State Statistical Committee and IMF.
