Resources directed to fixed assets

On January-March 2019 resources amounted to 2699.7 million manats or 9.0 percent less than the previous year directed to fixed assets from all financial sources for development of economic and social sectors of the country, 70.7 percent of spent resources were directly spent on construction and installation works. This decrease was due to the decline in investments in oil sector and the amount of funds directed to the non-oil sector increased by 6.0 percent. 64.3 percent of total investments were directly spent for production areas, 26.4 percent - facilities on service fields, 9.3 percent to the construction of dwelling houses with total area of 420.0 thousand square meters. Resources directed to fixed assets from internal sources made 67.3 percent of total investments.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 65.6 percent, budget resources – 21.8 percent, population own funds – 6.5 percent, bank credits – 5.0 percent, extra-budgetary funds – 0.8 percent and etc funds – 0.3 percent.

On January-March 2019 Place of Property Services of the State Committee on Property Issues in Baku city, “SOCAR” Carbamide Plant, Polyethylene plant in Sumgait city, Olympic sports complex, History and Ethnography Museum in Beylagan city, Mingachevir-Station Mingachevir-Bahramtapa-Beylagan and Kabirli-Eyvazalilar-Birinci Ashigli-Alinazarli highways, moreover, 2 general education school buildings for 1170 pupils, preschool educational institution for 200 places, 2 outpatient clinics with 35 arrivals in a queue, hospital of 260 beds in Shamkir region and etc substantial facilities were given into operation.
