Resources directed to fixed assets

In 2018 resources amounted to 17238.2 million manats or 4.4% less than the previous year directed to fixed assets from all financial sources for development of economic and social sectors of the country, 68.0% of spent resources were directly spent on construction and installation works. This decrease was due to the decline in investments in oil sector and the amount of funds directed to the non-oil sector increased by 22.0 percent, including the non-oil investment 23.0 percent. 67.6% of total investments were directly spent for production areas, 24.8% - facilities on service fields, 7.6% to the construction of dwelling houses with total area of 2084.7 thousand square meters. Resources directed to fixed assets from internal sources made 69.7% of total investments.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 52.7%, bank credits – 11.0%, budget resources – 25.8%, population own funds – 8.2%, extra-budgetary funds – 1.6% and other funds – 0.7%.
