Construction of dwellings

In the first half of 2018 dwellings with total floor space of 946,4 thousand square meters or 12,9% more dwellings compared to the same period of last year, have been constructed at the expenses of all financial sources and submitted into use. 78.6 thousand square meters of total space of area submitted into use are per the share of houses built for refugees and IDPs left their native lands.

In January-June volume of resources used for construction of dwellings made 463,8 million manats, of which 89,3 million manats are per the share of state-owned and 374,5 million manats – non-state-owned enterprises and organizations as well as the share of the population.

6,0 thousand dwellings have been constructed by country citizens at their own expenses for the purpose to improve their housing conditions. Most of dwellings have been built in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Baku and Sumgait cities, Masalli, Tovuz, Gazakh, Absheron, Gabala, Shamkir and Jalilabad regions.
