Resources directed to fixed assets

On January-May 2018 resources amounted to 2887.1 million manats or 55.1% of 5240.8 million manats directed to fixed assets from all financial sources for development of economic and social sectors of the country were spent to non-oil sector and volume of investments in this sector compared to the same period of the previous year increased by 39.3%. 72.5% of total investments were directly spent for implementation of construction-installation works, 73.1% of used resources were per the share of product output objects, 20.8% - facilities on service fields and 6.1% to the construction of dwelling houses with total area of 640.8 thousand square meters. Resources directed to fixed assets from internal sources made 53.7% of total investments.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 53.9%, bank credits – 15.7%, budget resources – 23.6%, population own funds – 5.4%, extra-budgetary funds – 0.8% and other funds – 0.6%.

On January-May 2018 Purification Facility Complex in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, a new building of Nakhchivan Teachers Institute, 3 general educational school buildings with 922 seats, outpatient clinic, high-voltage equipment plant in Baku, "Yasamal-1" and "Gobu" electrical substations with 110/35/10 kilovolt and No 120 electrical substation with 35/10-6 kilovolt, Baku International Sea Trade Port Complex, new building of Modern Educational Complex named after Heydar ALiyev, administrative building of Baku City Statistical Office, Bona Dea International Hospital in Baku city, “Dinamo” hotel, passage from Baku Olympic Stadium to Heydar Aliyev Avenue and multi-level road junction, two enterprises on yarn production of "Mingachevir Textile" LLC in Mingachevir Industrial Park in Mingachevir, Khachmaz branch of "Azerkhalcha" OJSC in Khachmaz region, “Khazar” automobile plant in Neftchala Industrial District in Neftchala region and etc. objects were put into operation.
