Retail trade turnover
In January-April 2018 value of goods sold in retail trade network has exceeded the level of the same period of the previous year in compared prices for 2.5% and equalled to 10.9 milliard manats. 5.5 milliard manats of trade turnover made food products, beverages and tobacco products, 5.4 milliard manats – non-food products and value of sold products has exceeded indicators of January-April 2017 correspondingly for 3.1% and 1.9% in real terms.

During the reporting period 45.2% of resources the consumers spent to purchasing of food products for final consumption purposes, 5.0% - beverages and tobacco products, 17.7% - textile products, clothes and shoes, 6.3% - electrical appliances and furniture, 5.8% -motor fuel, 1.3% - pharmaceutical and medical products, 0.7% - computers, telecommunication equipment and printing products and 18.0% - other non-food products.
13.5% of consumer goods have been sold by trade enterprises, 52.4% - private entrepreneurs, 34.1% were sold in markets and fairs in January-April 2018. Retail trade turnover in nominal terms compared to the same period of 2017 increased by 21.0% - for enterprises, 0.3%- private entrepreneurs, markets and fairs remained unchanged.
Retail trade turnover in average per capita during the reporting period made 278.0 manats or more for 14.5 manats in nominal terms than indicator of January-April 2017. In the trade network at average per country citizen there have been purchased food products, beverages and tobacco products in amount of 139.6 manats and non-food products in amount of 138.4 manats.
