58.0% of the nights which was registered in hotels were in Baku, 9.7% in Gabala, 8.6% in Gusar, 4.8% in Naftalan, 3.8% in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 3.7% in Guba, 1.0% in Ganja, 0.8% in Lankaran and Masalli, 0.5% in Tovuz and Gazakh, and 7.8 per cent in other districts (cities).
The number of nights spent by foreigners and stateless persons amounted to 439.8 thousand, representing 75.1% of total nights. 18.3% of the nights are citizens of the United Arab Emirates, 14.0% - Russian citizens, 9.4% - Iranian citizens, 4.9% - Turkish citizens, 4.4% - US citizens, 3.7% - Qatar citizens, 3.3% - citizens of Great Britain, 3.1% - citizens of Kuwait, 1.6% - Ukrainian citizens, 1.5% -German citizens, 0.8% - Italian citizens, 0.7% - Georgian citizens, 34.3% - citizens of other countries.
In the first quarter of this year, hotels' revenues amounted to 73.1 million manat, of which 64.5% were services for the provision of rooms , 23.5% for beverages, 4.9% for treatment and health services , And 7.1% from other services.
The average level of use of the number of hotels in the country was 20.0%.
