Retail trade turnover
Products of 21.1billion AZN, more than 2.3% compared to the same period 2015 were sold to consumers in January-September, 2016. Volume of sale in real terms on food products, beverages and tobacco products increased by 3.1%, on non-food products by 0.9%.
During the reporting month 49.8% of allocations of consumers in retail trade network spent to the purchase of food products, beverages and tobacco products, 17.6% textile products, clothes and shoes, 6.6% electrical appliances and furniture, 5.7% motor fuel, 1.4% pharmaceutical and medical products, 0.8% computers, telecommunication equipment and printing products and 18.1% other non-food products.
