Change in producers’ prices of sold agriculture crops on May, 2014
During May, 2014 producers’ prices of agricultural products decreased by 0.5% compared to previous month, as well as producers’ prices of annual crops (0.8%), producers’ prices of live cattle and livestock products (1.0%) and producers’ prices of perennial crops increased by 3.0%.
From annual crops producer’s price of tomato increased by 0.7%, potato and onion (0.1%), bean seeds (3.1%), clover (4.7%) and producer’s price of wheat decreased by 1.9%, cabbage (1.2%), greens (1.4%), cucumber (10.1%), garlic (1.2%), green onion (0.4%), dry hay (0.9%).
From perennial crops producer’s price of apple increased by 19.3% and producer’s price of hazelnut decreased by 4.9%, lemon (1.7%).
From live cattle and livestock products producer’s price of mutton (in live weight) increased by 0.3%, producer’s price of milk (2.6%). During the month along with increasing producer’s prices of caw decreased by 0.6%, buffalo (2.6%), beef (in live weight) 1.0%, live poultry (3.7%), poultry meat in live weight (14.9%), egg (7.1%), natural honey (0.1%).
During the month compared to the previous month it was not observed any change in producer prices of fish and other fishery products and producers’ prices of forestry products.
