Change in producers’ prices of sold agriculture crops on December, 2013
Producers’ prices of sold agriculture crops during December increased by 0.4% compared to the previous month, as well as producers’ prices of annual crops – 0.6%, producers’ prices of live cattle and livestock products – 0.7% and producer’s prices of perennial plants decreased by – 1.8%.
From annual crops producer’s price of wheat decreased by 0.9%, maize – 5.0% and producer’s price of barley increased by 1.2%, bean seed – 2.2%, potato – 3.5%, onion – 2.9%, garlic – 0.2%, greens – 0.7%, dry hay – 1.4%, clover – 0.8%.
From perennial crops producer’s price of pear increased by 11.6%, pomegranate – 0.5%, feykhoa – 8.7%, chestnut – 9.1%, nut – 3.7%, hazelnut – 1.5% and producer’s price of lemon decreased by 8.5%, orange – 12.7%, tangerine – 17.5%.
From live cattle and livestock products producer’s price of live sheep and goat decreased by 0.2%, mutton (in live weight) – 0.3%, natural honey – 0.3% and producer’s price of milk increased by 1.1%, poultry (in live weight) – 0.3%, egg – 6.5%.
During the month from fish and other fishery products increasing was observed in the producer’s price of fresh fish by 1.6%.
