Number and salary/wage of civil servants
There were 29.2 thousand person civil servants in the country for the state of 1st January of 2013, 27.4 % of them were women. 4.3% of civil servants were worked on 1st -4th classifications of administrative position, 75.3% on 5th -9th classifications and 20.4% -supporting positions of civil servant.
Length of services of Civil servants on 9.7 % was for 1 year, 23.5 % - from 1 year till 5 years, 24.9% - from 5 years till 10 years, 16.6 % - from 10 years till 15 years, 25.3% - 15 years and more.
Distribution of civil servants on age group is characterized according to the followings: 17.1% - persons aged till the 30 years old, 14.1% - aged 30-34 years old, 22.0% - aged 35-44 years old, 28.0 % - aged 45-54 years old, 15.3% - aged 55-62 years old and 3.5% - aged 63 and over years old. 50.0% of employers is the persons aged 35-54.
15.3% of employers worked on 5th-9th classifications were heads of departments, 10.2% -deputy heads of departments, 9.3% - heads of sectors, 26.0% - chief advisers, 5.1% - head advisers, 12.8% - leading advisers and 21.3% - advisers. Positions on staff table of civil servant are staffed 90.6%.
In 2012 average monthly salary/wage of employers with position of civil servant was 446.7 manat.
