Change in producers’ prices of sold agriculture crops in April, 2013

In April producers’ prices of sold agriculture crops decreased by 1.5 % compared to previous month, as well as, producer’s price of annual plants – 0.3%, producer’s prices of live cattle and livestock products – 3.1% and producer’s price of perennial plants increased by 0.4%.
From annual crops producer’s price of potato increased by 0.1%, cabbage – 1.3%, cucumber – 0.1%, tomato – 0.6% and producer’s price of wheat decreased by 1.1%, barley – 0.3%, greens – 7.4%, garlic – 0.2%, onion – 0.1%, radish – 2.2%, dry hay – 4.3%, clover– 1.4%.
From perennial crops producer’s price of hazel nut decreased by 4.0%, walnut – 0.3% and producer’s price of apple increased by 4.3%, lemon – 8.9%.
From live cattle and livestock products producer’s price of live sheep and goat increased by 3.5%, cow – 1.0%, buffalo – 0.3%, beef (in live weight) – 1.2%. During the month along with increasing in prices also producer’s price of mutton (in live weight) decreased by 0.8%, poultry (in live weight) – 1.6%, milk – 7.9% and egg – 6.4%.
From fish and other fishing products producer’s price of fresh fish decreased by 0.8%.
