Production of GDP in January-February, 2013

In amount of 8.3 milliard manat or more than 3.2 % compared to the same period of previous year of GDP were produced during January-February, 2013.
Volume of value-added created in the non-oil fields of economy increased by 10.5% compared to the same period of previous year and it was formed 4.1 milliard manat or 48.9% of GDP. As well as, production of value-added decreased by 2.6% in oil-gas extraction and processing spheres.
54.6 % of GDP is produced in the industry, 2.4% in agriculture, forestry and fishing, 7.1% in construction, 7.6% in trade and service fields on maintenance of transport means, 6.0% in transport and warehouse, 2.0% in accommodation of tourists and in the field of catering services, 1.8% in services on information and communication, 11.4 % in the field of social and other types of service.
In this period value-added in construction increased by 1.4 times compared to the same period of previous year, 24.8% - in accommodation of tourists and in the field of catering services, 16.0% - in services on information and communication, 8.8% - in trade and service fields on maintenance of transport means, 4.3% - in agriculture, forestry and fishing and 3.4% - in transport and warehouse. Value added created in the fields of oil and gas extraction decreased by 3.5%. It was increased by 14.1% in the processing industry, 1.4% in water supply, cleaning and processing of garbage, 1.1% - in the production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam.
Volume of GDP on per capita of population was formed 902.6 manat (1150.1 US dollars) and increased by 1.8%.
