During the nine months of 2012 dynamic development in the construction complex of the country is continued, from all financial sources in amount of 9.9 milliard manat or 27.4% more than corresponding period of previous year funds were directed to the fixed assets, its 79.4 % is provided to the account of internal sources. 44.1% of spent funds were used in product output, 55.9% in the construction of service fields. Funds directed to fixed capital by the enterprises and organizations with state property were 60.9 % of total fixed capital.

Sport -Concert Complex, Heydar Aliyev Centre, "Caucasus Baku City Hotel and Residences"? and "JW Marriott Absheron"?, "Four seasons "hotels, New Educational Complex of Diplomatic Academy, New Educational Complex of Moscow State University named by M.V.Lomonosov,( Baku branch), reconstruction of Republic stadium named by Tofig Bahramov, "8 KM"? stadium, stadium in Bina settlement, Zira Sport Complex, "Khazri"? recreation and health center, Greenhouse Complex, third complex of road junction at the intersection of Heydar Aliyev and Ziya Bunyadov avenues; in Nakhchivan - polyclinics and Nakhchivan-Julfa highway; in Sumgayit - "Azguntex"? plant, heavy machine-building plant and precision machining centers in the Sumgait Technologies park; in Agsu - bridge over the Agsu river; in Astara - Olympic Sport Complex, Kijebe-Ojakaran and Kijaba - Gacimarde automobile road; in Balaken - new bridge over the Mazim river; in Jalilabad - flour mill and grain storage complex attached to the flour factory, Olympic Sport Complex; in Gadabay - new bridge in the automobile road of Gadabay - Giziltrpag - Gonagli; in Goranboy - Chess School, in Gazakh - can plant and Chess School; in Guba - bridge over the Garachay; in Gusar - Central Hospital and Chess centre; in Masalli - Cold storage and greenhouse complexes; in the area of Siyazan region - new bridge in Baku-Guba road; in Shaki region - "Shaki Palace"? hotel, grain storehouse and mill complex; in Tovuz region - "Ayan Palace"? hotel and other objects were given into use.
As well as, new dwellings with total area 1197.8 thousand square metre was put into operation by the account of all financial sources, hospital with 15 beds, ambulatory-polyclinic institutions which allows serve 831 persons, secondary schools with 24972 places for pupils, pre-school institutions with 880 places, club with 140 places.
