New created legal and natural entities during 2011

Increasing on number of legal and natural persons continued in 2011 and during the year 268 registered legal entities from 5137 concerned to state property, 5- municipality property, 4298 - private property. 440 of them concerned fully foreign investment enterprises, 126- joint enterprises. 6.1 % of new enterprises were created in Baku, 10.3 % - Aran, 7.6 % - Absheron, 5.3 % Ganja-Gazakh economical regions, the rest of them in other regions. According to the data of tax authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the last year 57576 natural persons were registered. Natural entities engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming legal entities were registered in Baku, Aran, Ganja-Gazakh, Lankaran, Absheron and Shaki-Zagatala economical regions.
