Production of Gross Domestic Product in January-June 2026

In January-June 2026 gross domestic product (GDP) in amount of 65207,0 million manats or 0,8 percent more compared to the corresponding period of the previous year was produced in the country. Value added produced in oil and gas sector of the economy decreased by 0,7 percent, while in non-oil and gas sector it increased by 1,5 percent.

34,6 percent of GDP was produced in industry, 10,6 percent trade; repair of transport means, 7,3 percent transport and storage, 5,9 percent agriculture, forestry and fishing, 4,9 percent construction, 2,9 percent tourists’ accommodation and public catering, 2,0 percent information and communication, 22,2 percent other fields, 9,6 percent net taxes on product and import.

During this period, value added in transportation and storage fields increased in real terms by 8,0 percent, by 7,5 percent in information and communication, by 3,7 percent in trade; repair of transport means, by 2,4 percent in tourists’ accommodation and public catering, by 2,2 percent in agriculture, forestry and fishing, by 0,9 percent in other service fields, by 0,3 percent in industry, while it decreased by 13,0 percent in construction.
