Retail trade turnover
In January-April 2026, products at 20,1 billion manats, including food products, beverages and tobacco products at 11,2 billion manats and non-food products at 8,9 billion manats were sold to the consumers in the retail trade network. Compared to January-April 2025 the retail trade turnover increased in real terms by 3,7 percent, including 1,4 percent for food products, beverages and tobacco products and 6,6 percent for non-food products.

In January-April 2026, 50,6 percent of resources the consumers spent on purchasing food products in the retail trade network, 5,0 percent - on beverages and tobacco products, 13,1 percent - on textile products, clothes and shoes, 6,4 percent - on diesel fuel, 4,3 percent - electrical appliances and furniture, 2,9 percent - pharmaceutical products and medical equipment, 1,6 percent - computers, telecommunication equipment and printing products and 16,1 percent - other non-food products.
During the reporting period, in the retail trade network at average monthly per country citizen have purchased products in amount of 489,5 manats, including food products, beverages and tobacco products in amount of 272,0 manats and non-food products in amount of 217,5 manats.
