Retail trade turnover
In January-March 2026, products at 15927,3 million manats, including food products, beverages and tobacco products at 8774,9 million manats and non-food products at 7152,4 million manats were sold to the consumers in the retail trade network. Compared to January-March 2025 the retail trade turnover increased in real terms by 3,7 percent, including 1,3 percent for food products, beverages and tobacco products and 6,6 percent for non-food products.

In January-March 2026, 50,4 percent of resources the consumers spent on purchasing food products in the retail trade network, 4,7 percent - on beverages and tobacco products, 14,6 percent - on textile products, clothes and shoes, 6,0 percent - on gasoline and diesel fuel, 4,5 percent - electrical appliances and furniture, 2,7 percent - pharmaceutical products and medical equipment, 1,6 percent - computers, telecommunication equipment and printing products and 15,5 percent - other non-food products.
During the reporting period, in the retail trade network at average monthly per country citizen have purchased products in amount of 517,2 manats, including food products, beverages and tobacco products in amount of 284,9 manats and non-food products in amount of 232,3 manats.
