Retail trade turnover

In January-February 2026, products at 10,1 billion manats, including food products, beverages and tobacco products at 5,5 billion manats and non-food products at 4,6 billion manats were sold to the consumers in the retail trade network. Compared to January-February 2025 the retail trade turnover increased in real terms by 3,6 percent, including 1,2 percent for food products, beverages and tobacco products and 6,5 percent for non-food products.

In January-February 2026, 49,4 percent of resources the consumers spent on purchasing food products in the retail trade network, 5,0 percent - on beverages and tobacco products, 14,6 percent - on textile products, clothes and shoes, 5,8 percent - on gasoline and diesel fuel, 4,6 percent - electrical appliances and furniture, 2,9 percent - pharmaceutical products and medical equipment, 1,6 percent - computers, telecommunication equipment and printing products and 16,1 percent - other non-food products.

During the reporting period, in the retail trade network at average monthly per country citizen have purchased products in amount of 491,5 manats, including food products, beverages and tobacco products in amount of 267,1 manats and non-food products in amount of 224,4 manats.
