Allahverdiyev Rza Mustafa was born on April 20, 1962 in Jabrail region Soyudlu village. In 1988 year he graduated from Baku State University.
In the period of 1988-1990 he was a head of Workshop in the Statistical Office of Ujar region, 1990-1997 – a head of the same office and since 1997 he was a head adviser, a head of sector and a deputy head of the department in the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since November, 2011 he is a Head of Department of Population Statistics. He is a counselor of civil service. He is Kharabakh War veteran. Since 2000 he is a member of NAP. Awarded the medal “For distinction in the public service” in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 17 October, 2015. Married and has three children.
Activity Direction of the Department:
-collection of statistical data on situation of demographic and gender equality of population according to the common methodology, to provide compliance of those with the social-economic processes in the country;
-to organize and implement the census of households and population as well as, statistical survey on situation of demographic and gender equality of population;
-to analyze situation of demographic and gender equality of population on the base of collected data in the level of country, areas, economical districts and regions
