The statistical collection contains main indicators reflecting health care, social security and housing condition of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as data on main causes of death among population.
Health care section reflects data on medical institutions, morbidity of population by disease groups and distribution of different diseases by localization as well as sanatoriums, boarding houses and rest homes, births, abortions, development of physical training and sport.
Information indicated in tables on disease is based on 10th Revision of International Classification of Diseases.
Social protection section includes data on provision of pensions, social benefits, pensions, targeted state social assistance for low income families, general and primary disability, activity of social service institutions for older people, disabled persons and children with limited health abilities, occupational injuries.
Section on housing conditions includes living space of the housing fund by the country, number of privatised housings, renovation of housing fund, number of families improved housing conditions.
The issued figures are based on offical statistical information of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
