The State Program on Improvement of the Official Statistics in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2013-2017

DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE
REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
ON

"Confirmation of the State Program on Improvement of the Official Statistics
in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2018-2025"

Following to Item 3 of Article109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to ensure improvement of official statistics in the country in line with international standards, enhancement of information provision for evaluation of the status of achieving goals and priorities of the Strategic Road Maps on National Economy Perspectives and Key Sectors of the Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan confirmed by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 6 December 2016, No.1138, expansion of administrative data usage and accelerating the reforms in the national statistical system, I hereby decide:

To confirm "The State Program on Improvement of Official Statistics of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2018-2025" (attached).
to entrust the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
2.1. to coordinate implementation of actions envisaged in the State Program approved by Part 1 of the Decree;
2.2. to report to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan about the course of the implementation of the actions envisaged in the State Program once a year.
To entrust the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan to provide allocation of necessary funds while drafting the state budget every year in order to provide financing actions envisaged in the State Program that is approved by Part 1 of the Decree.
To entrust the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to solve issues of the Decree.
