Nemat Khuduzada Ismayil was born on October 13, 1970 in Basarkecher district, Goycha region. In 1996 year he graduated from Baku State University.
During 1990-1991 he was a technician in the Institute of Energy Scientific Research, in 1991-1997 a leading economist in Baku Statistical Office, in 1997-2015 a leading economist, head consultant and deputy head of the Department in the State Statistical Committee.
Since 2016 he is a Head of Department of Labour Statistics of the State Statistical Committee. He is a counselor of civil service. Awarded the medal “For distinction in the public service” in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 22 June, 2015.
Married, has two children.
Activity Direction of the Department:
-to participate in the formation of unique state policy in the field of labour statistics and to provide implementation of this policy;
-to provide timely collection of labour statistical data and compliance of those with the social-economic processes in the country;
-to provide development of labour statistics field;
-to organize statistical surveys on labour market;
-to provide timely collection of statistical data on establishment of new job places and to provide compliance of them with the social-economic processes of the country and various region;
-implementation of cooperation in the field of labour statistics with international organizations and statistical services of other countries in the frame of given authorities in accordance with the norms of international law and legislation
