Consumer price index in March 2025 compared to March 2024 became 105,9%, including food products, beverages and tobacco products 106,5%, non-food products 102,8% and paid services provided to population 107,5%.

In March 2025, the consumer price index was 100,6% compared to the previous month and in January-March – 105,6% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.

In March 2025, consumer price index for food products, beverages and tobacco products became 101,2% in comparison with the previous month and in January-March – 105,7% in comparison with corresponding period of the previous year.

In March of the current year compared to the previous month, more increase was observed in prices of several food products such as fish and fish products, milk and milk products, margarine, butter, sunflower and corn oils, lemon, orange, banana, apple, pear, kiwi, walnut, hazelnut, cabbage, broccoli, tomato, sweet pepper, eggplant, table beet, carrot, garlic, onion, potato, coffee, cocoa, carbonated and still waters, cigarette, while the decrease was observed in the prices of flour, egg, greens, and cucumber. No significant changes were observed in prices of other food products.

In March 2025, consumer price index for non-food products made 100,1% compared to the previous month, while in January-March was 102,7% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. In March compared to the previous month, more increase in prices of non-food products was mainly observed in the prices of bricks, cement, orthopedic mattresses, furniture, jewelry, while the decrease was observed in the prices of household appliances, mobile phones, and televisions. No significant changes were observed in prices of other non-food products.

In March 2025, consumer price index for paid services provided to population was 100,2% compared to the previous month, while in January-March was 107,8% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. In March compared to the previous month, increasing in prices of paid services provided to population was mainly observed in the prices of medical, dental and international passenger air transportation services. No significant changes were observed in prices of other paid services.
