In January-July 2021, resources at 7059,3 million manats, or less for 12,1 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2020 were directed to fixed assets. The volume of investments in the oil-gas sector decreased by 10,4 percent, the volume of resources directed to the non oil-gas sector by 13,4 percent. 4883,0 million manats or 69,2 percent of used resources were spent for production areas, 1639,0 million manats (23,2 percent) - service fields, 537,3 million manats (7,6 percent) to the construction of dwelling houses. 4463,7 million manats or 63,2 percent of resources directed to fixed assets made internal resources. 4797,1 million manats or 68,0 percent of investment were directly spent for construction and installation works.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 60,3 percent, budget resources – 19,6 percent, bank credits – 6,0 percent, population own funds – 7,0 percent, other funds – 7,1 percent.
