In January-March 2021 cargo transportation in Azerbaijan side of the Europe-Caucasus-Asia Transport Corridor was 10176,2 thousand ton and cargo turnover 2405,2 million ton-km, 18,8 percent and 8,7 percent less than compared to the same period of the previous year. 5636,0 thousand ton or 55,4 percent of cargo was transported by automobile transport, 3349,4 thousand ton or 32,9 percent by railway transport, 1190,8 thousand ton or 11,7 percent by sea transport.

23,5 percent or 2393,9 thousand ton of cargo transportation by corridor was transit cargo.
