On April 20, Tahir Budagov, Chairman of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan met with Bakhrom Ashrafkhanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The meeting highlighted the role of the Heads of States in the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, stressed the importance of cooperation in all areas, including statistics, and exchanged views on the prospects for the development of bilateral relations.
