In January 2021, resources at 724,0 million manats, or less for 27,5 percent compared to the corresponding period of last year were directed to fixed assets. The volume of investments in the oil-gas sector decreased by 15,1 percent, the volume of resources directed to the non oil-gas sector by 38,8 percent. 583,0 million manats or 80,5 percent of used resources were spent for production areas, 80,7 million manats (11,2 percent) - service fields, 60,3 million manats (8,3 percent) to the construction of dwelling houses. 377,5 million manats or 52,1 percent of resources directed to fixed assets made internal resources. 631,3 million manats or 87,2 percent of investment were directly spent for construction and installation works.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 71,7 percent, population own funds – 8,5 percent, budget resources – 2,7 percent, other funds – 0,8 percent.
