In January-March 2020 cargo transportation in Azerbaijan side of the Europe-Caucasus-Asia Transport Corridor was 12526,0 thousand ton and cargo turnover 2635,5  million ton-km, 0,3 percent and 1,0 percent  less than compared to the same period of the previous year. 8052.8 thousand ton or 64.3 percent of cargo was transported by automobile transport, 3216,2 thousand ton or 25.7 percent by railway transport, 1257.0 thousand ton or 10,0 percent by sea transport.

17.6 percent or 2202.2 thousand ton of cargo transportation by corridor was transit cargo.
