Industrial output in January-November 2025

In January–November 2025, industrial products worth 57,5 billion manats, or 1,1 percent less compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, were produced by industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs operating in this field. The product output in the oil and gas sector decreased by 2,1 percent, while in the non-oil and gas sector it increased by 4,8 percent.

60,6 percent of industrial products were produced in the mining sector, 33,0 percent in the manufacturing sector, 5,4 percent in the production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, and 1,0 percent in the sector of water supply, waste management and remediation activities.

Marketable oil production in the mining sector decreased by 4,7 percent, while marketable gas production increased by 1,1 percent.

In the manufacturing sector, the production of pharmaceutical products increased by 94,9 percent, wood processing and production of wood products by 60,9 percent, computers, electronic and optical products by 49,9 percent, textile industry products by 27,1 percent, rubber and plastic products by 13,7 percent, tobacco products by 13,2 percent, food products by 9,8 percent, oil products by 9,6 percent, chemical industrial products by 8,7 percent, while the production of beverages decreased by 1,6 percent, construction materials by 3,4 percent, installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment by 4,3 percent,  metallurgical industrial products by 8,6 percent, production of machinery and equipment by 8,7 percent, fabricated metal products by 9,7 percent, furniture production by 10,0 percent, electrical equipment by 11,2 percent, polygraphy products by 18,7 percent, leather and leather products, including footwear by 19,9 percent, garment production by 20,0 percent, paper and cardboard by 26,2 percent, motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers by 33,9 percent.

Production volume in the sector of electricity, gas and steam production, distribution and supply increased by 0,9 percent, while in the sector of water supply, waste management and remediation activities it increased by 3,3 percent.
