Resources directed to fixed assets

In 2019 resources amounted to 17184.3 million manats directed to fixed assets from all financial sources for development of economic and social sectors of the country, 65.4 percent of spent resources made directly value of construction and installation works. 66.3 percent of total investments were directly spent for production areas, 25.8 percent - facilities on service fields, 7.9 percent to the construction of dwelling houses. Resources directed to fixed assets from internal sources made 69.8 percent of total investments.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 52.0 percent, budget resources - 28.3 percent, bank credits - 12.0 percent, population own funds - 5.7 percent, extra-budgetary funds – 1.2 percent and etc. funds - 0.8 percent.

In 2019 the Koroglu Transport Exchange Center of the Baku Transport Agency, syringe plant, administrative buildings of DOST Agency and DOST centers, Place of Property Services in Baku city, administrative building of Pirallahi District Executive Power, Pirallahi District Youth Center, Mardakan-Gala highway, automobile tunnel in Pirshagi district, “SOCAR” Carbamide Plant, Polyethylene plant, Mugham Center, a new building of Nizami cinema in Sumgayit city, Liquorice Industry Park in Aghdash district, "Shabaka" Service Center at the Agdash district telecommunications hub, Golgati-Dahnakhalil-Goshagovag-Arabojaghi, Nehrakhalil-Kotanarh-Jardam-Tofigi-Shamsabad and Gasil-Shordahna-Garaghan Shikhlar-Kukal-Arab-Ikinci Aral highways in Aghdash district, Olympic Sports Complex in Beylagan district, History and Ethnography Museum, Kabirli-Eyvazalilar-Birinji Ashigli-Alinazarli and Mingachevir-Station Mingachevir-Bahramtapa-Beylagan highways, branches of the "Azerkhalcha" OJSC in Gabala and Gobustan districts, Gobustan-Poladlı highway, “Asan Hayat” complex in Shamakhi, moreover, the building of the general education school for 1920 places, preschool educational institution for 280 places and hospital of 200 beds in Baku city, 7 general education school buildings for 2220 pupils, preschool educational institution for 200 places, 4 outpatient clinics in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, general education school buildings for 432 places in Lankaran city, for 624 pupils in Shaki city, for 696 places in Aghjabadi district, for 360 places in Lerik, for 180 places in Jalilabad district, for 756 places in Imishli district, for 400 places in Ismayilli district, for 180 places in Guba district, hospitals of 585 beds in Goranboy, Gazakh, Gobustan and Shamkir regions, preschool educational institution for 140 places in Absheron region, general education school for 150 places and preschool educational institution for 50 places in Beylagan region, preschool educational institution for 100 places in Oghuz region and etc. substantial facilities were given into operation.
