Resources directed to fixed assets

In January-November 2018 resources amounted to 12899.4 million manats or 8.8% less than the same period of last year directed to fixed assets from all financial sources for development of economic and social sectors of the country, 69.9% of spent resources were directly spent on construction and installation works. This decrease was due to the decline in investments in oil sector and the amount of funds directed to the non-oil sector increased by 21.2 percent, including the non-oil investment 22.6 percent. 68.4% of total investments were directly spent for production areas, 23.5% - facilities on service fields, 8.1% to the construction of dwelling houses with total area of 1844.3 thousand square meters. Resources directed to fixed assets from internal sources made 63.1% of total investments.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 50.4%, bank credits – 12.6%, budget resources – 27.2%, population own funds – 7.1%, extra-budgetary funds – 2.0% and other funds – 0.7%.

In January-November 2018 Purification Facility Complex in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, a new building of Nakhchivan Teachers Institute, high-voltage equipment plant in Baku, "Yasamal-1" and "Gobu" electrical substations with 110/35/10 kilovolt and No 120 electrical substation with 35/10-6 kilovolt, Baku International Sea Trade Port Complex, administrative building of Baku City Statistical Office, Bona Dea International Hospital, “Dinamo” hotel, Republican Narcological Center, Absheron Logistic Center, Baku Book Center, passage from Baku Olympic Stadium to Heydar Aliyev Avenue and multi-level road junction, polypropylene plant constructed in Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park in Sumgayit city, tobacco products plant, plant of non-ferrous metals and ferroalloys, Sumgayit Railway Station, construction chemicals plant two enterprises on yarn production of "Mingachevir Textile" LLC in Mingachevir Industrial Park in Mingachevir, Naftalan City Central Hospital in Naftalan, branch of "Azerkhalcha" OJSC in Lankaran region, “Lankaran-2” substation, “Region Agropark” in Goranboy region, second line of Shamkir-Samukh-Goranboy main irrigation canal, "Dalimammadli" electrical substation with 110/35/10 kilovolt, Dalimammadli-Guschular-Fakhrali-Gurbanzade-Alpout highway, Khachmaz branch of "Azerkhalcha" OJSC in Khachmaz region, Cattle-breeding Complex in İsmayilli district, Agropark, “Ismayilli” electrical substation, Ismayilli branch of "Azerkhalcha" OJSC, Mughanli-Ismayilli-Minga-Keyvandi-Shabiyan-Bahliyan highway, “Khazar” automobile plant in Neftchala Industrial District in Neftchala region, Vine-growing and wine-making complex in Shamakhi, Damirchi Archeology Museum, Damirchi-Lahij highway, Zahmatabad-Baydili-Khirmandali-Aliabad highway in Bilasuvar, Industrial Park, Rice Processing Enterprise, agropark in Gakh district, “Yurd hotel”, Electrical station in Lerik district, “Yeni yanashma” wind energy park in Khizi district, fruit processing plant in Guba district, “Abad Factory” Production Complex, Central Hospital, Automated Control and Monitoring Center in Imishli district, Qarabag Equestrian Complex in Aghdam district, Aghdam branch of “Azerkhalcha” OJSC, in addition 3 outpatient clinics with a queue number of 45 visits in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 6 general educational school buildings with 1726 seats, 6 general educational school buildings with 5948 seats in Baku and Sheki cities, Absheron, Balakan, Shamakhi, Tovuz districts, 2 pre-school education institutions with 260 seats in Baku city and Zardab district and etc. objects were put into operation.
