Resources directed to fixed assets

In January-September 2018 resources amounted to 10148.7 million manats or 11.5% less than the same period of last year directed to fixed assets from all financial sources for development of economic and social sectors of the country. This decrease was due to the decline in investments in oil sector and the amount of funds directed to the non-oil sector increased by 20.2 percent, including the non-oil investment 24.4 percent. 69.4% of total investments were directly spent for implementation of construction-installation works, 69.3% of used resources were per the share of product output objects, 22.4% - facilities on service fields and 8.3% to the construction of dwelling houses with total area of 1503.6 thousand square meters. Resources directed to fixed assets from internal sources made 60.7% of total investments.

Allocations of enterprises and organizations in total value of investments directed to fixed assets made 51.1%, bank credits – 13.6%, budget resources – 25.7%, population own funds – 7.0%, extra-budgetary funds – 1.8% and other funds – 0.8%.

In January-September 2018 Purification Facility Complex in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, a new building of Nakhchivan Teachers Institute, high-voltage equipment plant in Baku, "Yasamal-1" and "Gobu" electrical substations with 110/35/10 kilovolt and No 120 electrical substation with 35/10-6 kilovolt, Baku International Sea Trade Port Complex, new building of Modern Educational Complex named after Heydar ALiyev, administrative building of Baku City Statistical Office, Bona Dea International Hospital, “Dinamo” hotel, Republican Narcological Center, Absheron Logistic Center, Baku Book Center, passage from Baku Olympic Stadium to Heydar Aliyev Avenue and multi-level road junction, polypropylene plant constructed in Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park in Sumgayit city, two enterprises on yarn production of "Mingachevir Textile" LLC in Mingachevir Industrial Park in Mingachevir, Naftalan City Central Hospital in Naftalan, “Region Agropark” in Goranboy region, second line of Shamkir-Samukh-Goranboy main irrigation canal, "Dalimammadli" electrical substation with 110/35/10 kilovolt, Dalimammadli-Guschular-Fakhrali-Gurbanzade-Alpout highway, Khachmaz branch of "Azerkhalcha" OJSC in Khachmaz region, Cattle-breeding Complex in İsmayilli district, Agropark, “Ismayilli” electrical substation, Ismayilli branch of "Azerkhalcha" OJSC, Mughanli-Ismayilli-Minga-Keyvandi-Shabiyan-Bahliyan highway, “Khazar” automobile plant in Neftchala Industrial District in Neftchala region, Vine-growing and wine-making complex in Shamakhi, Damirchi Archeology Museum, Damirchi-Lahij highway, Zahmatabad-Baydili-Khirmandali-Aliabad highway in Bilasuvar, Industrial Park, Rice Processing Enterprise in Masalli district, in addition an outpatient clinic with a queue number of 15 visits in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 4 general educational school buildings with 1444 seats, 5 general educational school buildings with 5816 seats in Baku, Sheki, Absheron, Balakan, Shamakhi and etc. objects were put into operation.
